Sun 29th May 2011 May as well end this week the way it's been going, and have a little rant about myself. I've only gone out drinking twice in the recent past, if memory serves. On one of those occasions I woke up with a brand new chair next to my bed which apparently I'd stolen from somewhere & brought back to brighten up my hostel room in Paris. The other time was Friday night, from which I woke with a badly scratched up face & a fresh police ticket with a big tick in the box marked behaviour & a fake address of mine in the space provided. In any case, I've no desire to leave the house again. Having much more fun getting my back catalogue in shape. I'm on schedule to finish Your Starkself in the next days (Only guest vocalists left to record) and get it sent off to be mastered so I can release it in time for my Berlin shows mid-June. Then a Weekend in Wuppertal! Anyone wanna come? It's a video shoot for an 8LR track. Fear not, there is enough dark matter in my puzzle for this to all come together with a.. bang. |
Sat 28th May 2011 It may not be immediately apparent from this video of them (there are less than a handful online) but I've always believed Tanner to be one of the best little-known bands ever. Thu 26th May 2011 This week has helped me see that I really should start separating my own music from the stuff I wanna promote on Tea Tone, so I've set up a new site for my own projects which is temporarily being hosted HERE. The blog will remain on Tea Tone for the time being. |
Wed 25th May 2011 Directed by the beautiful Michael Talbot & heavily featuring ME, the video for Sticking Up For Pluto that has been 3 years in the making is now completed! Now I just gotta worry about getting a decent mix of the track :p |
